Great report, way to focus on the people and the process. Putting a face on the breweries and the ice cream shop gets me really interest in what's going on.
The parting words were kind of disappointing though. Can't blame Analisa for going with the obvious "brain freeze / buzz" angle, but it's just wrong... reducing the beer to a syrup would also boil off the alcohol content.

ehhh not quite.. if you listen to his soundbite again, he does mention that he adds some more beer at the end so the alcohol is there.. and for a lightweight like me, it definitely has some kick to it (I highly recommend trying some for yourself).. haha anyway, thanks for the feedback Stephen!
