Steve is a composer of chip-tunes and other to-be-discovered genres. He likes Clover coffee, Helvetica and indie music. If you can find something that integrates all three to give him, you may be able to persuade him into composing something for you.

Not quite free, but their albums are pretty cheap and include proper licensing for use on Internet video websites. Very eclectic mixture of music.

This is if you're getting really fancy. Christopher Ave composes music for multimedia pieces. I didn't see any rates, but I'm guessing he's not cheap.
